Matt Winchell scored the game's lone goal, and host Pullman defeated Pullman 1-0 Tuesday in the District 7 2A title game. Winchell converted a penalty kick early in the second half for the Greyhounds and Will Pitzer made nine saves to preserve the advantage. Kohl Tomcho made eight saves for the Knights. Pullman will next host the No. 4 seed from the Central Washington Athletic Conference on Saturday, while East Valley will travel to play the CWAC's No. 3 team.

After losing to Cheney in the district semifinal the past 3 years, East Valley defeated them 3-1 to advance to the district championship in Pullman on Tuesday at 5. East Valley's three goals were scored by Devonte Gorman, Chase Binder and Matt Spitze, all in the first half, to lead East Valley to victory.
