Kaitlin Harvey scored a goal in the 34th minute, but the Knights lost to the Vikings 2-1 after a shootout on Saturday at Gonzaga Prep HS in a 2A CWAC-GNL crossover. Selah moves on and will advance to the state tournament and East Valley is eliminated. A 1-1 tie between East Valley and Selah lasted through two overtimes and was ultimately decided by penalty kicks. Kate Hazen's goal for the Vikings tied it up late in the second half.

Chelsea Koker and Frankie Schade each bagged two goals and West Valley topped East Valley 5-4 in a Washington 2A District 7 championship game on Tuesday at Gonzaga Prep HS. With the win, West Valley advances to the Washington 2A State Tournament while East Valley will face the third seed from the Central Washington Athletic Conference in a Great Northern League/CWAC crossover game.
