Sydney Abbott led a balanced attack with 11 points and the Gorillas (20-4) outlasted the Dragons (18-7). Lydia Berquist had 13 points with 12 rebounds and four blocks for St. George's. Darby Soliday, Janaye Wilkie and Sydney Zeiler added 10 points apiece for Davenport.

Carmen Gfeller scored 22 points with eight rebounds and the No. 8-rated Bulldogs (19-4) topped the No. 2-rated Gorillas (19-4) in the District 7 championship game at West Valley HS. Both teams move on to the regional round of state. Greta Geier scored 16 points and Piper Cai added four points, seven steals and four assists for Colfax, who jumped out to a 13-0 lead. Janaye Wilkie led Davenport with 14 points.
