Makayla Geiger scored three goals and Medical Lake beat visiting Colville 3-0 in a 1A District 7 knockout match. Jaxyn Farmen assisted on Geiger's first two goals. Cardinals goalies Taylor Cannon and Anastasia Hurt-Moran combined in goal for the shutout. Medical Lake moves on in the 1A District 7 Cup to face Lakeside, which had a bye into the second round.
