Jaclyn Meyers scored 18 points and Charlie Dimke added 15 for Clarkston in its 62-36 dismantling of Cheney in District 7 2A loser-out matchup on Thursday night. Haley Pemberton scored a game-high 10 points for the Blackhawks. Clarkston, which already clinched a spot at regionals, plays at East Valley on Tuesday for the District Championship.

The Cheney girls used a 17 point offensive burst in the 4th quarter to blow past the Pullman girls 50-38 in Great Northern League postseason play Tuesday night. Cheney's Holly Flynn led all scorers with 12 points including 6 for 8 from the free throw line. Her teammate Brette Draper chipped in 8 points to go along with 8 rebounds. Anne Mari Petrino paced Pullman with 10 points. Cheney will move on to face the winner of West Valley/Clarkston Thursday night.
