Parker Hubert pitched a complete game for Colfax to help his team to a 8-3 victory over Asotin in the District 7 2B championship. With this victory, Colfax takes the number one seed into the Regional tournament that begins Saturday, May 20.

Devin Fry pitched a complete-game five-hitter and the Panthers (13-5) eliminated the visiting Dragons (10-6) in a District 7 2B loser-out game. Asotin busted the game open with a four-run sixth. Braden Jagannath, Tanner Berzett and Noah Renzelman all had two hits for the Panthers. St. George’s beat Tekoa-Rosalia earlier in the day in a loser-out game. Asotin advances to face Northwest Christian on Monday at 9 a.m.
