Alyse Jackson had 17 points, including two 3s, to lead Mead to a tightly-contested 56-51 win over West Valley (Yakima) on Saturday night. Aaliyah Pauling added 12 points for Mead. Mead held a 34-30 lead going into the fourth, then both teams scored in the 20s for the quarter, but Mead held on to win.
