What happened: Jerome Toby scored 23 points and the second-seeded Blackhawks (25-3) upset the top-seeded Warriors (25-2) to win the State 1B championship at the Spokane Arena on Saturday. Lummi Nation won the 2015 championship and was runner-up in 2017.
