What happened: Bailey Rose hit a go-ahead RBI single in the top of the sixth inning and the visiting Suns beat the Panthers on Friday in the 3A District 8 tournament. Rose went 2 for 4 with three RBIs and two runs and Raelynn Nesary had two hits and two runs for Southridge. Mt. Spokane will host Shadle Park in a loser-out game on Wednesday at 5 p.m.
