What happened:
Reece Chadwick pitched a complete game with six strikeouts, allowing one hit and one earned run, and the Wildcats (16-6) defeated the visiting Panthers (11-6) in a District 7 1B loser-out matchup. For the Wildcats, Kien Ankerson went 3 for 3 with two doubles, three RBIs, and two runs. Ethan Hardie had a double, the only hit for Cusick. Colton will play Naselle in the state regional round next Saturday.
