Summary

Chase Cripps beat out an infield hit to deep shortstop, scoring Matt Vasquez from third base, and the Trojans (10-10) slipped past the visiting Vikings (10-9) in an Idaho 5A District I-II game on Monday. The Trojan rally came with two out and no runners on base. Jacob Pfennings went the distance for the Trojans, striking out five and allowing just three hits and no earned runs. Cripps totaled three hits and Nate Buer two for the Trojans.
