Caruso led the Pirates with 19 points on 6 of 10 shooting and Heytvelt grabbed a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds.
Bryan Strom had 20 points for Yakama Nation Tribal.
Pomeroy earned third place, its second-highest finish in school history.
YNT took home fifth place, also its second-highest in school history.
