Summary

The stands were packed to see the top-seeded Coyotes, but more specifically, Brock Ravet.

Ravet, a 6-foot-1 junior point guard committed to Gonzaga last June. He is expected to join the team for the 2020 season. But for this game, he helped the Coyotes soar past the Ducks with 24 points and seven rebounds.

He was credited with four assists, but that seems to be missing a few as he set up his teammates every time he had the ball, showcasing impressive vision.

For Toutle Lake, their offense never got rolling. They had a tough time breaking through the Kittitas defense who swarmed the ball handler every time the possession changed over.

The Ducks did only have one turnover, but their halfcourt offense looked rushed and unsettled.

Logan Grabenhorst led Toutle Lake with 10 points on 4 of 10 shooting.

Will Provaznik and Martin Arreola added 11 points apiece for the Coyotes.

Kittitas/Thorp advances to play fourth-seeded Adna on Friday at 7:15 p.m.

Toutle Lake plays third-seeded Toledo at 12:15 p.m.
