What happened:

Kelsey Gumm scattered seven hits in a three-run complete game and visiting Central Valley defeated Mead 12-3 on Thursday. In addition to her pitching performance, Gumm also scored three times for the Bears. Jordan Schneidmiller went 2 for 5 and scored two runs of her own and Hannah Wampler went 2 for 4 with two RBI's. Alyssa Gamache led Mead and went 2 for 3.
