Summary

What happened:

Brady Chadwick threw a one-run complete game while striking out 11 Royal City hitters as the Wildcats (4-1, 0-0) edged the Knights 3-1 on Tuesday. Chadwick didn't allow any walks in the game.

After getting on the board in the third inning off of a wild pitch, the Wilcats took an early 1-0 lead. The Knights answered back with a run on an Adrian Torres single, but a throwing error in the bottom of the fourth allowed Colton to retake the lead. Then in the fifth inning, Parker Druffel drove in a big insurance run to make it 3-1 and give Colton the victory.
