Summary

What happened: Mead got the best of Ferris in game one of the doubleheader. Sadie Bocook lead the way for the Panthers going 3 for 4 at the plate including a double and a triple while driving in three runs and scoring three more, being just one hit away from the cycle. Mikaylie King also was a big part of Mead's offense as she hit three triples and scored three runs in the win. For Ferris, Jailyn Straus was 2-3 and Shay Sapp had a double and drove in two runs.
