Mark McClain bagged a pair of goals, and Central Valley bounced back with a 4-1 win over Snohomish Saturday in the State 4A third-place game in Puyallup.
Nathan Grinalds and JD Hauenstein tallied a goal and an assist each for the Bears, who fell 2-0 to eventual champion Wenatchee in the semifinal on Friday.
Griffin Miller notched the lone goal for the Panthers.
