Summary

Meghan Devorak notched 17 points, and Colton marched into the 1B championship with a 62-37 win over Sunnyside Christian Friday at Spokane Arena.

The Wildcats (24-1) started quickly, as Devorak, MaryAnn Jacobs and Zoe Moser hit 3s out of the gate for an early 9-0 Colton lead. Colton then went on a 23-0 run over the first and second quarters, which featured three triples from Dakota Patchen, to make the rematch of last year's championship a one-sided contest. Colton made 13 shots from beyond the arc, with Devorak and Patchen making five each.

Patchen finished with 15 points and Moser scored 12 for the Wildcats, who will attempt to make it eight straight titles on Saturday against Republic.
