Summary

Charles Hunt scored 12 points on four 3-pointers, and Almira/Coulee-Hartline bested Yakama Tribal 46-41 Friday in a 1B semifinal at Spokane Arena.

The Warriors (26-0) trailed 34-33 entering the fourth quarter but began the period on a 9-0 run thanks to a triple from Hunt and back-to-back buckets from Payton Nielsen. Christian Hanson replied with five straight points for the Eagles (18-9) to make it 42-39 with under two minutes to go. Dawson Dormaier then hit a layup in transition and after a YT miss, Maguire Isaak drained to free throws to secure the win.

Nielsen finished with 11 points and 13 rebounds for ACH, which will play Neah Bay in the final.

Hanson scored 17 to lead all scorers for Yakama Tribal.
