Summary

Mead (5-6) jumped out to a 13 point lead at halftime and rattled of a 22-10 run in the third quarter en route to a 62-47 win over North Central (0-11) in a Greater Spokane League matchup on Friday night.

10 different Panthers scored in a balanced attack, led by Dedrick Pakootas' 12. Vinny Saldana added 10.

Damion Carter scored 17 and Riley Smith chipped in 16 to account for 70.2 percent of the Indians points.

Both teams are back in action Tuesday night, as the Panthers travel to take on first place Gonzaga Prep and the Indians matchup with Shadle Park in the Spokane Arena.
