Summary

Christine Denny once again led Liberty in scoring with 24 as Liberty pulled away in the second half to defeat Wilbur-Creston, 58-44. Wilbur-Creston outrebounded Liberty 30-21, but Liberty forced 26 Wilbur turnovers. Madelynne Flaig and Maggie Nelson each had 10 points to boost the Liberty scoring as well. Denny also had seven rebounds, six assists and 11 steals to go along with her double-digit point performance.
