Christine Denny nearly recorded a triple-double, Madelynne Flaig recorded a double-double and host Liberty earned a 56-42 Northeast 2B win over Springdale on Tuesday night.

Denny stuffed the stat sheet, recording 24 points, 15 rebounds, nine steals, six blocks and four assists, and was a huge reason the Lancers (6-5, 2-3 NE2B) outrebounded Springdale 43-29. Denny and Abby Karlis combined to score 19-of-22 second-quarter points for Liberty.

Nicole Beckman scored a team-high 17 points and Elish Smith chipped in 15 for the Chargers (3-5, 2-4).
