Hannah Burland finished with 24 points and 11 rebounds to lead East Valley over North Kitsap 61-39 in the 2B state regional on Saturday.

East Valley took a seven point lead at the midway point, then outscored North Kitsap by 15 in the second half. Genesis Wilkinson had 10 points and nine rebounds, eight coming on the offensive glass for East Valley. Lauren Weins 10 points.

East Valley advances to the 2B State Tournament in Yakima for the third year in a row and look to top the school-best fifth place.
