Spokane girls hit several big shots down the stretch to eventually pull away late in the 4th quarter, edging out Auburn Mountainview 56-43 in the 3A state subregional tournament, Saturday night. The Wildcats had 4 players in double figures with Jordan Smith, Jaidyn Lyman and Aspyn Adams all pitching in 13 points a piece, while Megan Nilsson added 11. Mt. Spokane will advance to the State 3A tournament for the first time in school history, while Auburn will see their season come to a close.
