Cameron Gay poured in 25 points, Gunnar Swannack added 16, and Lakeside bested Medical Lake 73-49 Tuesday in West Valley at the District 7 1A tournament.

The Eagles trailed 29-22 in the second quarter, but went on a 51-20 run over the remainder of the game. Nason Dvorak chipped in 11 points and Blayne Baerwald scored 10 for Lakeside.

Cole Soliday led the Cardinals with 11 points.
