Summary

Tommi Swannack had 15 points and eight rebounds to power Lind-Ritzville/Sprague to a first round playoff win over Northwest Christian to the tune of 42-31 on Saturday night.

Up three a the half, LRS proceeded to bottle up Northwest Christian's leading scorer Rachel Bozlee, who had just four of her game-high 16 points in the second half. All four points came in the fourth quarter at the line, where she was 4 for 4. Along with her 16 points, Bozlee nabbed five rebounds and five steals.

Tessa Jantz had 13 points and eight rebounds for LRS, who now moves to the second round of the Northeast 2B playoffs where they face the winner of Reardan and St. Georges Monday at 6 p.m. at West Valley.
