Kelly Brown finished with 23 assists and three aces to lead Mt. Spokane to the 3A Regional Tournament championship over Kamiakin in three sets. Adrienne Dotson also finished with 14 kills for Mt. Spokane. With the win, Mt. Spokane will make their first appearance at the state tournament in three years on the coming Friday and Saturday in Tri-Cities.
