Melody Bush drove in four runs, Kiersten Peterson allowed a run on five hits in a complete-game effort, and Liberty Christian earned a spot in the state tournament with an 11-1 six-inning win over Almira/Coulee-Hartline in a 1B regional semifinal game at Medical Lake.

Katie Steele added three hits, including two doubles, and three RBIs for the Patriots.

Liberty Christian went on to lose to Colton 12-2 in the title game. The Patriots will be a No. 2 seed to state.
