Summary

April Utecht went 2 for 4 with four RBIs as host Richland (19-3) rallied to top Mead (15-8) 8-7 in a 4A Regional game. Mead gave up five unearned runs in the bottom of the fourth and the go-ahead run in the fifth inning. For the Panthers, Mikaylie King hit a three-run single in the third inning and Erin Kautzman went 3 for 4 at the plate. Richland will host Central Valley (12-10 ) in another loser-out game on Saturday at noon.
