Summary

Ashley Horne and Katie Steele had four RBIs each, Kiersten Peterson pitched five strong innings and Liberty Christian beat Curlew 23-1 in a Bi-District 7/9 1B tournament game on Saturday.

Horne went 5 for 5 on the day for the Patriots, who will take on ACH next Saturday at noon in a bi-district semifinal at Medical Lake. Bella Loera and Melody Bush added three hits and three RBIs each for Liberty Christian.

Annaliese Fanning hit a solo home run in the second inning to account for the lone Curlew run.
