Kayla Howes and Kaylynn Baker each homered twice, Kate McKearn also went deep and the Indians pulled away late to beat the visiting Cardinals in the opener of a Northeast A League doubleheader. Gracie Schauls went 4 for 4 at the plate for Colville, knocking in three runs and Rylee Merritt gave up two hits in three scoreless innings of relief to pick up the victory for the Indians.
