Summary

Bri Baldree scored the winning run in the bottom of the seventh, and Sandpoint eliminated visiting Moscow 8-7 in a 4A region I playoff game.

Baldree went 3 for 5 on the night and also struck out six during a complete-game pitching performance. She led off the seventh with a triple and then scored after an error.

The Bulldogs advance to the championship round at Rathdrum and will play at Lakeland on Saturday. Sandpoint must defeat Lakeland twice to advance to state.
