Summary

Shayla Hartill's RBI single in the fifth scored what proved to be the winning run as Chewelah came back again to defeat Freeman, this time 10-9. The Scotties opened up with an impressive seven-run rally in the first inning, but Chewelah chipped away at that lead, scoring four runs in both the second and fourth innings before tying and scoring the winning run in the bottom of the fifth. Hannah Grimm helped lead the comeback, going 3-4 with a double and two RBI, Jaelynn Skok picked up the win with six strikeouts and had a double.
