Summary

Thursday was Evan Norden's time to shine.

Norden spun a no-hitter, and Rogers defeated visiting Ferris 5-0.

He finished with 11 strikeouts while only allowing two walks and one hit batsman. It was his first high school no-hitter.

Zach Day supplied the only offense Norden needed, as he lifted a home run to lead off the bottom of the first. Brayden Olson added a run and an RBI on three hits for the Pirates.
