Zach Walton had 21 points and 10 rebounds, and unbeaten Morton-White Pass built a big lead and then held on 53-48 against Northwest Christian to return to the 2B championship game.

Walton's three in the second quarter keyed a 7-0 Timberwolves run as MWP led 24-16 at the break.

David Olds tried to keep the Crusaders in the game with three third-quarter treys, but the Timberwolves went on another run, 11-1, to span the third and fourth quarters. Their lead reached 45-30 with four minutes left, and although NWC rallied, they couldn't get closer than four.

MWP won despite a 34-25 rebounding disadvantage.
