Summary

Morton White-Pass opened the game on a 20-6 run and never looked back in an 80-50 quarterfinal win over Okanogan.

The win was the defending State 2B-champion Timberwolves' 53rd straight, tied for fifth longest among all classifications in Washington state boys history.

Zach Walton was everywhere. The senior, the Timberwolves' leading scorer, poured in 26 points on 9-of-13 shooting. He also had six rebounds, three assists and two blocks.

The Bulldogs simply couldn't keep pace in the early-goings. They made 3 of 18 shots in the first half and missed all seven of their 3-pointers. By halftime it was 44-18, Morton White-Pass.

MWP's Kolby Dunlap added 18 points on 8-of-12 shooting and Kaleb Poquette and Zach Hanson each dished out six assists.

Okanogan's Jim Townsend tallied a team-high 20 points.
