Summary

Kate McKern came off the bench to spark a Colville run as the Indians routed visiting Medical Lake 60-30 on Friday.

Colville held a slim 11-10 lead after the first quarter, but McKern drilled two three-pointers on back-to-back possessions in the second to help the hosts pull away. The lead expanded to 35-18 at the half and only grew from there.

Sam Hines led all scorers with 15 for the Indians. Kacie Pierce added 10 and McKern finished with nine.

Maleeka Wegner notched a team-best 11 points for the Cardinals.
