Summary

Moscow took advantage of Lakeland's first-half foul trouble, jumping to a 35-27 lead after two quarters on the way to a 57-41 win in 4A Inland Empire League action on Thursday evening. The Bears were able to hold the Hawks to just two points in the fourth quarter.

Gracey Meyer led Moscow with 20 points. The Bears made 11 of 12 free throws and connected on 5 of 11 3-point attempts.

Faith Bodak was the only Lakeland player to reach double figures, adding 11 points. Costanza Piermattei had nine points and seven rebounds and Kaidan Kelsey grabbed eight rebounds to go with her eight points.
