Summary

John Sage came off the bench and scored 16 points Saturday to lead West Valley over visiting East Valley 63-45 in the "Golden Throne" rivalry game.

Brandon Ray added a double-double for the Eagles with 11 points and 10 rebounds, Martin Herford scored 12 points and Austin Yoakum also had 11. WV trailed 12-9 after one frame, but slowly took control of the game as they won each of the three succeeding quarters.

Tanner Jacobs led the Knights with 15 points.
