Jim Townsend's double-double helped Okanogan dispatch Wilbur-Creston 66-53 Saturday at Wenatchee in a 2B regional round of state game.

The win means Okanogan will travel to Spokane for the state quarterfinals on Thursday.

Townsend, who has signed a letter of intent to play football at Eastern Washingon, racked up 25 points and 13 rebounds for the Bulldogs. His teammate Toby Pruitt added 21 points. Okanogan outrebounded the Wildcats 53-26 and shot 49% from the field to just 26% for WC.

Colton Magers led the Wildcats with 15 points and seven boards. Trystan Rosman tacked on 12 points.
