Summary

Zoe Moser scored 13 of her team-high 26 points in the fourth quarter and Colton withstood Touchet's late rally and beat the Indians in the District 9 1B title game in Clarkston.

The win gave the Wildcats the top seed to the regional round of the state tournament. Touchet will play Pomeroy Saturday in Clarkston for the second and final seed.

Touchet's Cierra Jo McKeown did everything she could to put the Indians in line for the upset. She scored 14 of her game-high 33 points in the fourth quarter. With a little more than 2 minutes left, Touchet took a 51-48 lead, but the Indians couldn't hold off the six-time defending State 1B champions.

Colton's Savannah Chadwick added 17 points and Rachel Meyer chipped in 11.
