Summary

Kyra Antone had eight of her nine points in the first half and Andreya Colvin scored 10 to spur Wellpinit to a 37-32 victory over Selkirk in a District 7 1B elimination game at Deer Park. Wellpinit pulled away in the third quarter thanks to Adrianna Parr's steal and three-point play to start the period. Hannah Rick tallied 15 points for Selkirk in the loss. Wellpinit moves on to play Almira/Coulee-Hartline on Saturday at 1 p.m., with the winner earning a berth to the regional round of the state tournament.
