Summary

All five starters scored in double figures and Wilbur-Creston scored 59 points in the second half to defeat Waitsburg-Prescott 84-72 in the boys 2B subregional at West Valley.

The Wildcats trailed 36-25 at halftime before erupting for 34 points in the third quarter and 25 in the fourth.

"We were just out of our minds," W-C coach Tom Johnson said.

Dorian Jaeger scored 15 points, Trystan Rosman 16, Garet Townsend 12, Colton Magers 19 and Nick Densley 22 for the Wildcats, who made 26 of 55 from the floor, including 13 of 25 on 3-pointers.

Wilbur-Creston plays St. George's in a loser-out game on Friday at Whitman College in Walla Walla.
