Jordan Smith posted 15 points and Jessica McKernan added 10 to guide host Mt. Spokane to a 52-30 win over North Central in the District 8 eA loser-out game. The Wildcats came out of halftime shooting 62 percent from the floor in the third quarter to pull away from North Central. Megan Dean led the Indians with six points. Jaidyn Lyman compiled six points, six assists, four steals ,and four rebounds for Mt .Spokane. The Wildcats will travel to Shadle Park in the district 3A championship on Friday to determine seeding for the 3A regionals.
