Summary

Cole Dawson notched 20 points, and host Selkirk edged previously unbeaten Republic 58-55 on Saturday.

Logan Miller added 15 points for the Rangers, including a halfcourt shot at the halftime buzzer to complete an 11-0 run by Selkirk.

Dawson helped the hosts complete another run, 6-0, to end the game. The Tigers had a chance to tie, but missed a three at the buzzer.

Jacob Couch added 14 points and 12 rebounds for the Rangers.

Aaron Fritts led Republic with 22 points, and Adrian McCarthy notched 16.
