Summary

Earlier this season, Kellogg (8-1) defeated Coeur d'Alene Charter (1-5) by over four points. They took this as a growing experience and promised to never see another blowout like that again, especially against Kellogg. While Coeur d'Alene Charter did lose to Kellogg by a final of 51-36, these girls were very proud of the way they played. Mae Alexander put up 18 points for the Panthers, while Kelly Ruebke accumulated 14 points. The Panthers only had 16 turnovers against them, which considering they were playing a full-court press team like Kellogg is impressive.

Marley Chambers led Kellogg with 18 points, while teammate Kayla Graybill-Miller nailed nine more points. Kellogg maintained the lead with three three-pointers in the fourth quarter, while taking advantage of the Panthers only shooting 13-47 on field goals.
