Summary

Lexie Hull netted a game-high 22 points, and Central Valley held off host Gonzaga Prep 58-47 Tuesday night in GSL play.

Hailey Christopher added 14 points and Lacie Hull scored 12 for the Bears, who built a 31-22 halftime advantage.

Mia Scelfo dropped in three three-pointers to lead the Bullpups with 15 points. Joy Akaegbu chipped in 12 points and Molly McDermott tallied nine points and six rebounds.

Prep cut CV's lead to 45-43 with just over two minutes remaining, but a strong finish from the visitors helped them improve to 3-0. GP fell to 0-4.
