Summary

Behind Erika Eng's eight strikeouts, Colfax completed a doubleheader sweep of visiting Springdale with a 15-0, five-inning Northeast 2B softball victory on Friday. Eng was near perfect in the circle, walking none and allowing only two hits, as she moved to 6-0 on the season. Amara Huber had two hits for Colfax and a team-high three RBIs in the game. Sarah Appel, who worked all 10 innings of the doubleheader behind the plate, had two RBIs for the Bulldogs.
