Summary

Central Valley raced to a 3-0 lead in the first half of play and held on to beat Lewis and Clark 3-1 in a Greater Spokane League matchup on Wednesday afternoon at Hart Field. Katie Van Etten scored on an assist from Kasey Ames to open scoring in the second minute. Natalie Cabiad added an unassisted goal 12 minutes later. Kalsey Turnbow tallied the final goal for the Bears on an assist from Sydney Doldselt in the 22nd minute. Natalie Doran scored the only goal for the Tigers, finding the net on an unassisted goal in the 28th minute. Neither team scored in the second half.
