Summary

Skylar Bastin had a goal and an assist in host East Valley's 3-1 win over Clarkston Saturday in a district semifinal match. Sydney Moore gave the Knights a lead with a 34th-minute goal, but Brooke Morrow equalized for the Bantams two minutes before halftime.

In the second period, Bastin went to work, first supplying Autumn Stewart with the winning goal in the 52nd minute and then adding an insurance tally in the 73rd.

With the win, East Valley advances to the district final, where they will face GNL champion and cross-town rival West Valley on Tuesday.
